How the RTO Process Works

1. Pick the Building That Meets Your Needs

First things first, pick the rent-to-own shed, cabin, or portable building from our giant selection of products here at Maco Structures. You can even pick a trailer, playset, or metal building. 

2. Complete Rental Agreement & Pay Down Payment

Once you know what building you want, complete the rental agreement and select your desired payment period between 24, 36, & 60 months. Then, pay your low down payment. No credit check is required and you will be approved for financing regardless of your credit score. 

Down Payments:

6'-8' Wide Buildings - $100

10' Wide Buildings - $150

12' Wide Buildings - $250

14' Wide Buildings - $750

16' Wide Buildings - $1,500

(any building over $24,000 pre tax requires 15% down)

3. Accept Delivery of Your Building & Start Paying 

Before we show up with your building, make sure that you have properly prepped the site for delivery. We’ll drop it off and you can start using it right away. Now all you need to do is make use of your building any way you want and start paying your rental payments each month until your building is paid off. If you decide that you no longer need your rent-to-own building at any point, just give us a call and we’ll come to pick it up.
